To support an active, empowered start to your day, Kundalini Yoga classes are NOW on Tuesdays at 9 AM! Our class will be available via Livestream and is going strong in-studio participation. This one-hour class is for children ages 6-12 with written parental consent. We will meet in the Gavahrum Community Space at SoulBody Ojai at 206 N. Signal St in Ojai. Please arrive 10 minutes early for first-time class attendees. Please remove your shoes outside before entering the space. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mats, there are also mats and cushions available for respectful use in the Gavahrum community space.
